Smart and Happy Village
The Smart and Happy Village of Cap Tamarin is an extension of the village of Tamarin. This sustainably developed , human-sized project, favors the quality of life and well-being of its inhabitants. Everything is accessible and within walking distance.
The concept of "Live, work and play" in the same place makes perfect sense. In addition to accommodations adapted to the different stages of life, Cap Tamarin combines the advantages of a seaside village with those of a smart city including a park of 4 hectares, cycle tracks, a cultural agora, commercial spaces and offices, restaurants and other local businesses, schools ranging from pre-primary to high school, a clinic, a sports center and all the services that may be needed.
Trimetys has already established a number of commercial enterprises in the region. Theese include, a friendly sports and recreation center, the Riverland Sports Club and a shopping center, La Place Cap Tamarin. These companies are the entities around which Cap Tamarin will be built.
